    To help achieve this ambition, we have launched ‘Dovetail Live’ – a community hub operating to deliver long term value and insights into the company and its franchises via:

    • A website allowing full community hub experiences and apt content, with features that reach in and out of our range of simulator games.
    • The building of engaging loyalty programmes, alongside deep analytical understanding underpinning our game franchises
    • Integration with our digital store and CRM to grow and evolve the Dovetail Live service

    We are now looking to recruit a Technical Product Owner who will manage the Dovetail Live team and deliver web and in-game features that will grow our community and customer experiences as part of loyalty and engagement programmes.



    • Setting and delivering the implementation of new feature releases for Dovetail Live, our loyalty and engagement platform
    • Managing multidisciplinary teams including frontend and backend web developers, data analytics and web QA
    • Maintaining an up-to-date roadmap for implementation of key features of the Dovetail Live
    • Scoping work for external teams to quote and deliver from – with strong understanding of working with external development games teams and web contractors/agencies
    • Determining (with collaborative input from brand and game development teams) the critical features and telemetry that will shape customer experience of Dovetail Live
    • Ensuring that clear and consistent data control standards, APIs, UI/brand design templates, etc. are available and confirmed
    • Work with game development teams to harness content opportunities, entitlement systems and surface those in a meaningful way via Dovetail Live, both in and out of game
    • Be aware of platform-owner (in particular, Microsoft, Sony and Valve) policies and requirements for protection of customer data
    • Ensure Dovetail Live meets appropriate security, scalability and availability targets and compiles with relevant legislation such as GDPR and COPPA


    Person Specifications

    What we look for in you:

    • Experience of working with and managing teams that use: React, Google Web Platforms, Jira, SSO, CRM tools and e-commerce stores
    • Ability to set up systems and procedures, create and monitor KPIs, constantly critique and report on success and failure
    • Previous hands-on experience of technical development using React and backend services and deployment technologies
    • Strong project management credentials, with experience using MS Project, Trello, JIRA etc and utilising both agile and waterfall methodologies
    • Understand the technical infrastructure of online platforms, web technologies and cloud hosting
    • Familiar with data architecture, analytics and reporting tools
    • Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams such as game developers, web designers, brand & marketing functions, including external teams and contractors
    • Familiarity with Steam, Xbox, PlayStation from a technical or consumer perspective is hugely beneficial
